To help Michiganders through the mental health challenges of COVID-19, behavioral health professionals at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services created the Stay Well Program. Through this program, online discussion groups are being offered for the following populations.
Get your FREE at-home test kits! Project Act, sponsored by MDHHS and Rockefeller, are offering free, rapid, at-home COVID-19 test kits to residents of eligible communities while supplies last.

COVID Home Tests – Federal Program through USPS
NOTE: If you purchase an at-home COVID test from a store keep your receipt to submit to your insurance company to request a reimbursement. You should contact your insurance company to verify they offer COVID test reimbursements.
